> LOADING CRADLE SYSTEM...
Choose an unlock tier on each category track to preview cumulative stat scaling and perk unlocks.
The Cradle Planner lets you experiment with Marathon's Season 2 seasonal progression system. You have 77 Energy Points to distribute across six skill tracks — Strength, Recharge, Dexterity, Endurance, Support, and Resistance. Each point invested in a track gives small flat stat bonuses to your Runner, and reaching specific tiers (T3, T4, T5, T6, T8, T9, T10, T11, T14 depending on the track) unlocks unique passive perks.
Picking a shell: Use the dropdown at the top to select your Runner Shell. Each shell has different base stats, and the Cradle bonuses stack on top. The planner highlights which stats benefit most from your current allocation, but you can redistribute points at any time — Cradle respecs are completely free.
Reading the tracks: Each category card shows the stat bonuses you get per tier, plus the full list of perks and when they unlock. The energy counter updates in real time as you adjust tiers. Aim for perk breakpoints rather than spreading points evenly — a T14 perk can define a build, while one extra point in a track you never use is wasted energy.
Saving your build: Your allocations are stored in your browser and persist between visits. When you find a build you like, you can screenshot it or copy the energy distribution into the game manually.

70 base levels, and up to 7 extra levels if you use the Cradle Reset introduced in patch 1.1.5. Earn XP from extractions, contracts, and converting items. Energy is shared across all six tracks and can be redistributed freely.

Yes — completely separate systems that stack additively. Both should be progressed in parallel.
