Terms of Service

Runner Terminal is a free, community-built companion tool for the video game Marathon by Bungie, Inc. It provides faction upgrade tracking, material farming guides, weapon statistics, item lookup, and related game information. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bungie, Inc.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically harvest data from the Site in ways that overload our servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Reproduce or redistribute the Site's original content commercially without permission.

All game data (item names, stats, faction information, etc.) is the intellectual property of Bungie, Inc. and is used here for fan/companion purposes under fair use.

The original code, design, and written content of Runner Terminal are the property of the site owner. Game data, item names, ability descriptions, and all Marathon-related assets are the property of Bungie, Inc.

Runner Terminal is an unofficial fan site. “Marathon” and all related trademarks, logos, and in-game assets are the property of Bungie, Inc.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any game data. All data is sourced from community playtesting and may not reflect the current state of the game following patches or updates.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runner Terminal and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data or in-game progress based on information found here.

The Site uses the following third-party services which have their own terms and policies:

• Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. See Google's Terms.
• Google AdSense — advertising. See Google's Advertising Policies.
• Bungie.net OAuth — optional account login for syncing faction progression. See Bungie's Terms of Use.
• Supabase — backend data storage for authenticated users. See Supabase's Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
